RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@carolsheridaninteriors.ie.  All returns must be complete with original packaging, labels, components and accessories within 14 days from the date on which you received them. You shall be refunded for that product less the cost of the original delivery charge. You shall be responsible for paying for the return of the goods.

In your own interest it is advisable to return goods by registered post. The goods shall remain your responsibility until they have been received by CAROL SHERIDAN INTERIORS

DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

STOCK CLEARANCE / SALE SECTION purchases cannot be returned (unless faulty) if they are marked, shop soiled or have slight blemishes this will be noted on the item and does not qualify as a reason for returning/exchanging.
